These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of lsb15 ("lsb15", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at https://lsb15.cam and all associated services, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, instant games, promotional offers and account management functions (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. lsb15 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close an Account where discrepancies are identified.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. lsb15 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account activity.
Account currency is selected at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR display is available, balance figures shown in Pakistani Rupees are for informational context. Actual transaction processing currency may differ — confirm current options on the Payments page.
lsb15 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction. lsb15 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts belonging to family members or associates — are not permitted and may trigger an AML review.
Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Payments page at the time of transaction. These figures may vary by payment method. Where PKR amounts are displayed (e.g., PKR 1,000), they are indicative based on prevailing exchange rates and are subject to change.

Deposit processing times vary by method. lsb15 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or network conditions outside our control.
Withdrawals are available only to verified players who have completed the KYC process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the operator's current processing schedule. lsb15 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee specific timeframes due to factors outside our control including banking procedures and public holidays in relevant jurisdictions.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Payments page. Players are advised to review current limits prior to submitting a withdrawal request. VIP tier members may be subject to different limits as described in the VIP Programme Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are met will result in those funds being forfeited.
All bets are subject to acceptance by lsb15. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of arbitrage, system exploitation or where market integrity is in question.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. lsb15 does not guarantee that any odds displayed prior to placement will remain available at the time of submission.
In-play (live) markets may be suspended at any time at the Platform's discretion. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected or held pending market review. lsb15 is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play market availability.
Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. In cases of match abandonment, weather interruption or DLS method application, settlement will follow the applicable cricket-specific settlement rules.
Casino and slot games offered on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios integrated into the lsb15 platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel and represent the theoretical long-term return over a very large number of game rounds — they do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective game as explained by the live dealer and displayed on screen. lsb15 accepts no liability for technical interruptions during live games caused by third-party studio providers. In the event of a disconnection, the hand or round result will be determined according to the provider's standard protocol.
All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, eligible game lists, minimum qualifying deposit amounts and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the terms of the current offer. Any illustrative amounts (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are examples only and are subject to the published bonus terms at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
lsb15 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, associated winnings or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies, or providing false information during registration.
Unclaimed, unused or un-wagered bonuses will expire as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account and cannot be reinstated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lsb15 Platform:
lsb15 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
lsb15 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gambling activity using the tools available in the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts and cooling-off periods.
Self-exclusion is available at any time. A player who self-excludes will be prevented from accessing their Account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted via the Account settings or by contacting support directly.

lsb15 reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Platform from certain jurisdictions at any time without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws or licence conditions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, lsb15 accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences you may face.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lsb15 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gambling winnings.
lsb15 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. We shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures, network outages, server downtime or third-party service interruptions. lsb15 does not accept liability for losses resulting from reliance on odds or data displayed on the Platform prior to confirmation of a placed bet.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to withdrawal eligibility and KYC status) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
lsb15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) KYC requirements are not met; (d) the Account is inactive for an extended period; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory direction. In such cases, lsb15 will notify the Player where legally permissible.
lsb15 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the latest revision.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lsb15 is licensed and/or incorporated, as communicated by the operator. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration forum of the governing jurisdiction.
lsb15 operates an internal complaints procedure. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact support in writing, describing the nature of the complaint in detail. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days.
